I am a dedicated full-time Realtor Associate with a professional sales and marketing background, island-wide neighborhood knowledge and experience buying and selling real estate and investment properties. I am passionate about transforming properties,  building relationships and delivering results!

With over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, I have won numerous awards in the Advertising and Consumer Goods industries. My client relations skills paired with consumer driven marketing skills have made real estate a natural skill fit. I passionately believe that thorough pre-listing preparations including property and market research, decluttering, cleaning, repairs, renovations, home staging and professional photography will culminate in a listing with optimal visibility, interest and offers!

I grew up in Kailua and Hawaii Kai and lived in Moiliili after returning to the islands from college. My husband and I decided to put down roots in Mililani where we raised our 3 children for 22 years. In 2014 we moved to Hawaii Kai to be close to grandparents and close in on the commute to private schools and sports activities. I have firsthand knowledge of the island neighborhoods, schools and districts, sports and recreational activities, shopping, and military posts. This will serve my Buyers well in deciding where to plant roots!

My real estate savvy not only comes from 14 years as a full-time agent but also from personal transactions and experiences. I believe in thorough preparations; researching every aspect of the property and relating value to the current market.  Additionally, I am passionate about finding and increasing property value, while always keeping my clients' best interests in the forefront of the transaction (Certified Negotiation Expert). I have experienced two Hawaii real estate market cycles and can apply effective buy and sell strategies to leverage the market.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cheering on the UH Bows, walking, gardening, watching HGTV and volunteering at Hawaii Meals on Wheels.
